The Center for Learning faculty includes experts in mental health, trauma-informed care, and victim services who bring evidence-based training to professionals, organizations, and communities. Each faculty member specializes in key areas of learning, ensuring that every training session is practical, research-backed, and impactful.
Lauren specializes in developing high-impact online educational programs and applying Results-Based Accountability (RBA) to measure training effectiveness. She leads the strategic growth of the Center for Learning, ensuring that educational initiatives drive measurable, real-world change.
Beth Anne Dorman, MS was named the chief executive of For All Seasons in July 2014, serving previously as the Board President for 4 years. She holds a Master’s in Counseling and has received dozens of awards and much public recognition for her service to the state and the behavioral health field. A master-level trainer on Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), a trainer for Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), Beth Anne is also a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, trained by Brené Brown. She serves as a leading expert and a voice for mental health and victim services across the state. Beth Anne provides leadership as Chair of the Board for the Maryland Coalition Against Sexual Assault (MCASA), and as a past Board member of the Maryland Legislative Agenda for Women (MLAW). Beth Anne’s vision over the past 10 years has been one of creating organizational capacity to increase the volume of sustainable services, which has brought hundreds of thousands of services to thousands of Marylanders.
Lesa Mulcahy, LCSW-C has worked with For All Seasons since 2008 and has been a practicing clinician for over twenty years. Mulcahy received her level one and two trauma certifications through The University of Maryland and Ferentz Institute. She is Theraplay trained and a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist. She has been a presenter for the University of Maryland School of Social Work and Jenerations HealthCare. Mulcahy is a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, receiving her training from Brené Brown, and serves as a consultant in Courageous Leadership for businesses, organizations, and community groups.
Emily specializes in Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), trauma-informed education, and the neurobiology of trauma. She provides training for educators, clinicians, and organizations seeking to better understand and support children affected by trauma.
Lynn is an expert in early childhood development and parenting education. She delivers practical, research-based training to caregivers, educators, and community members, helping them create nurturing and developmentally supportive environments for children.
Susan provides specialized training on human trafficking prevention and survivor support. Her work focuses on equipping professionals and community organizations with the tools to recognize, respond to, and prevent human trafficking.
